Bertram Ogwudire

My journey into the care field has been led by my wife’s passion as well as life circumstances.

 

I have experience of being a registered manager with Birmingham City council.

 

It was after this position that we decided as a family to provide a tailor-made service to our local community using our collective experiences.

Care resonates naturally within people I’m in contact with. It was always a passion to help, support and nature loved ones.

 

My journey into care began after leaving senior education. While studying I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work in various care settings from special schools, women’s/male homeless, bail hostels, residential home.

Cordelia Ogwudire

After a lifetime in the social care services, it was always a passion to be able to own my own company providing care services to my local community.

 

Being established for 8 years we as a family have been able to fulfil my dreams and I was able to utilise my past experiences.

 

Our goal is to continue to maintain a high level of care, supporting our staff team and encouraging their progression.

Administration Office Manager

Gladys Ogwudire

Gladys’s joined the team this year 2025 and has made some positive improvements to the organisation. I’m an experienced paediatric nurse with over 10+ years in the NHS.

 

I have a strong background in both hospital and community settings. My clinical experience includes working in paediatric intensive care and the operating theatre, where I provided high-level care to critically ill children.
