Agape is a family run business and has a mixed selection of skilled senior and junior care assistance/support workers, nursing input (on allocated packages and identified needs), Qualified counsellor, occupational therapist, sports therapist, personal trainer, health mentor and beauty therapist.
All who have joined the team have become part of our extended family and some have gone on to professions in the NHS. We are able to provide work to individuals to all who are parents, require flexibility and to work around their own limitations and needs.

Supervise and mentor a team of care workers, providing ongoing training and support.

Coordinate client assessments with nurses and occupational therapists to ensure holistic care plans.

Manage scheduling and ensure care coverage for all clients, including emergencies.

Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal quality assurance policies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns promptly.

Dementia Care Specialist
Location: Coventry, UK
Type: Part-time
Salary: £14–£16 per hour

Develop and deliver tailored care plans focusing on emotional, physical, and cognitive needs.
